I hope we find you in good spirits. We had a very tiresome week. Here’s what happened:

1) Our traffic went off the charts, and we had to upgrade the server several times and in addition hire more programmers to handle everything. We finally managed to find an engineer who will be dedicated to handling the server load, which will promise us more stability and less problems logging in.

2) Your feedback, questions, praises and complaints – they are all stored in our database and are being answered as fast as we can. We got 1000′s of feedbacks and questions, and it will take a long time to answer them all. We will try to answer the common questions via the FAQ or via email, so check both…

3) Right now, the most active support venue is our twitter page – follow us and ask questions there for faster response: twitter.com/#!/browse4cash.

4) The 3 most repeating questions are as follows:

Q: I try to login to the software, but it says: wrong username or password. What should I do?

A: Go to http://browse4cash.com/wp-login.php?action=lostpassword, reset your password, and try again.

Q: I try login and get a connection error. What should I do?

A: This might be due to work we do on the software. As we said, this is a beta phase, so we are constantly changing things. Just retry in a few minutes. Don’t worry, in our next version it will do this automatically for you…

Q: Can I purchase advertising on Browse4Cash?

A: You can’t right now but… because this question repeated for about 100 times (out of about 1000 questions we checked), we decided to work on a promotion for members. Be ready for more news next week.
